Purpose and Organization of Website

This website is a collection of ʻike and moʻolelo I have learned from ʻohana, kūpuna, kumu, and kaiāulu. While it may serve as a resource for current and future students interested in careers in education, the site is also intended to showcase ways that I have attempted to disrupt settler colonial narratives about Kanaka ʻŌiwi in my professional career. The artifacts and resources are organized into three interrelated domains from the postsecondary sector: research, teaching, and service. Read the brief descriptions below to learn more.

Research

This section includes my research philosophy and a list of projects, publications, and presentations.

Teaching

This page has sample instructional slides, student feedback, and teaching tools from my personal practice.

Service

This page contains examples of service through academic, community, and political engagement.

Connect. Collaborate. Create.

Building and nurturing relationships are fundamental to the radical, transformative work I strive to do. Please reach out if you’d like to kūkākūkā further.
